Le Tefal Access Steam+ DT8100 est un défroisseur pratique qui chauffe rapidement et convient à tous les tissus. Pas besoin de planche à repasser, ce qui le rend idéal pour une utilisation rapide ou en déplacement. Les deux niveaux de vapeur sont utiles pour les tissus fins et épais. Le réservoir amovible est facile à remplir, mais il est petit et offre seulement 10 minutes de vapeur. Pour les plis profonds, la puissance vapeur peut être insuffisante et l'appareil est relativement lourd, ce qui est moins confortable pour une utilisation prolongée. Globalement, c'est un choix pratique au quotidien, mais moins adapté aux grandes quantités de linge.

I received the steamer as an online purchase and it does not remove any creases from garments. I have tried all the different fabrics I have. I would have been better off buying an expensive iron. I think it may have been faulty and have sent it back as it was also missing a part. I will be waiting to hear on a refund.

First of all, it is so heavy. Secondly the garments are still creased after the entire water tank is finished. Tried it on thin and thick material and it just doesn’t work.

I have only just purchased this handheld garment steamer but so far I'm really impressed! I easily got the creases out of a dress and silk blouse. The product comes with a hook so that you can hang your outfit on the door and then easily steam it. The are also two different covers for the steamer to protect your clothes. I love the portability of this product. No complaints so far! Think I'll put my iron away now to use this instead.

I have just received this steamer online. I have tried it on different clothing fabric today and it doesn't work. The clothes are just as creased. I had to use my iron to iron the clothes instead (I bought the steamer so I wouldn't have to iron). I've done an online chat to see what the return policy is and told you can only return products that have not been opened. I'm missing one of the accessories and I have been told that they have would find out from the dispatch if it was missing and replace it . Do not buy this product
