Item works perfectly and was very good value for money when I didn’t have my usual mouse with me. However, Ryman service in stores could be better. The store I went to never promotes the Rewards scheme or asks if I have a card - however many times I mention it to them. The penny simply doesn’t drop and they never ask. During a recent visit, I forgot to say I had Rewards and wasn’t even offered a receipt! I bought a shredder, so there would have been substantial points, and a receipt would be helpful in the event of a technical issue. Needless to say, nothing can be done now for the Rewards or the receipt.

I bought this as my partner’s one had broken, got it home, installed quickly and works like a charm, would definitely recommend!!!

Sorry, despite having Mac OS 10:15:7 (as indicated on the product box) the recently purchased mouse does not work with my Apple computer!! As the device could only be tried out of the packet, I didn't think you would be willing to have it back in an opened box!

Had to return as the batteries that came with it had leaked all inside the item.

Not brilliant, cant get the battery cover back on, and takes ages (sometimes 5 minutes) to activate once pc turned on
