Ever since I purchased the expensive replacements and replaced the old ones I haven’t been able to get the razor to work. I have no idea how to reach anyone in the company for help. I looked at tutorials and no luck. My husband has an illness and he can only use a safe shaver. I ended up purchasing another shaver. I’m hoping in writing this, someone from the company, will recommend a solution
