Was a good product. Stopped working randomly after 3 months. Would not recommend

Would not recommend this groomer. Six months after purchase the battery dies even after left it to charge for hours. It still remains this way and now trimming takes triple the amount of time having to wait for it to charge between short bursts of trimming.

The razor head constantly falls off. I need to wedge my finger of thumb in the back to be able to use it with a guard, or it will fall off.I cannot find out how to contact Philips email about it either, rendering this as an expensive paperweight.

We purchased it to replace a Philips trimmer we have had for years just as good no nipping of the skin when used to trim around a hair cut. Trims really close when used flat against the skin. Only difference is can't find a battery level indicator you don't know when it's fully charged or when it's going flat apart from that a excellent trimmer.
