Living Proof Soin des cheveux Curl Elongator

I've been struggling with my curly hair for 25 years because I simply did not have the right products. Since owning the whole line, my curls have never looked better! I feel so confident now in my curls :) the elongator is my favorite product in the line. It's make my curls not so coiled - I always hated how my curls bunched up and made my hair look poofy. This has completed fixed that.

The product wasn't horrible in that it didn't weigh down or dry out my hair. I purchased it for or the purpose of elongating my curls because i have so much shrinkage. There was nothing special about this and it did not elongate my curls. My hair looked as if I'd put nothing in it.

I used to be a huge devacurl girl but had some damage from long term use and I have been looking for replacements since. I went out on a limb and tried this bc i wasn't super happy with how my hair was acting with ouidad or curlsmith and I'm surprisingly impressed. I tried this in combination with the new curl defining gel and it's the first time I've gone more than 3 days without crazy tangling / decent looking curls. I have tighter curls underneath and this seemed to enlongate them when i finished with a diffuser. I'd recommend!

My hair is thin and curly and this product is still light enough to use. It gives my hair life. Most products weigh my hair down, on top of it being past the middle of my back it is hard to find light products but I found it. Smells amazing.

I tried this on my high density, low porosity 4a/4b hair that is prone to the most disrespectful shrinkage for a wash and go and it did not elongate my hair at all. My hair still shrunk despite using the raking and prayer hands methods with this product. I had to return it.
