The ribbon bunches up on the left side under the screw. This causes poor label quality that is not scannable. We have 2 of these expensive printers and they both have this defect. Customer service is lacking and we have not gotten any solutions.

Item did not work on receipt. We had a technician who fixes these come on site at our expense to look at the unit and he said there was something defective. Company handled the return nicely.

Purchased a new printer according to the listing, but when calling Zebra because of an issue this week, was told it wasnt new and not under warranty according to serial number.
