Manfrotto 055 4 Tripod Noir

This is a great tripod. It had everything I wanted. Short enough to fit in my checked luggage, light enough to carry around, tall enough for me (6ft tall+). Only, the second time I pulled the center column up, the plastic rotator collar snapped. It still works, but it is hard to put back to the vertical position. I would have returned this tripod to BH, but it looked like a part that could be replaced fairly easily, so I tried going through Manfrotto warranty support. I've sent two emails through their website in the last week with no response back yet. I'm hoping someone there might see this. I'm ready to just return it and go with Three legged Thing. I have one of those and when I had an issue with the ballhead, immediate response and bonus upgrade because my ballhead was discontinued.

Pas de sac de transport fournit, dommage vu le prix... J'avais acheté un modèle de la même marque à 100€ pour mon beau père et lui en avait un dans sa boîte.

C’est le haut de gamme de Manfrotto, la qualité est parfaite !

Pas grand chose à dire, en fait, comme d'habitude avec DIGIXO, pas de mauvaise surprise, à l'avance, on sait que l'on ne va pas être déçu.Magasin très professionnel.

Very nice tripod. It's a nice upgrade from the aluminum one that I've been using. Nice new features like the bubble level and the ability to slide the center column to the side for macro work.
