Great action camera. I upgraded from a Go pro 8 as I couldn't get replacement batteries for it. Very happy with the video quality and photos are good too.

The battery flap is very difficult to operate while in use... on the second time using on a run, when replacing the battery (while running) it was possible to insert the battery the wrong way round and close the battery flap. This resulted in not being able to open the flap at all... after the run, I was able to open the flap using force and other tools, but now the flap falls off every time I open the flap... so I can't replace the battery while running any more for fear of losing the flap. Surely it should not be possible to insert the battery the wrong way and then close the flap. Other than that, the product is good.

bought to upgrade from the 11black.. seem almost the same but i like hte screen format option for a few of the recordings.. also that there is a normal tripod hole under it. as usual fab video quality and sound seems to be better.
