After experiencing a few problems with the onboard LAN card in PC I opted to buy this card and see if matters improved. They did and everything now works perfectly on my PC. If you are a Windows 7 user then all you need to do is shut down PC, install card, power back up again and Windows does the rest and it all works perfectly. Well recommended.

I cannot rate the products overall performance due to the packaging being smaller than the product itself causing the product to be destroyed upon receiving it.

I got this card to place in a small server with the intent to replace the on-board network card. The reason for this was the requirement to use Jumbo frames for faster network speeds. Although the card doesn't have jumbo frame support it is still a very good network card and I decided to install it in a PC instead. Works great. Still looking for a decent priced 1Gbps Network card with Jumbo frame support, but still happy with this one.
