We have the router downstairs, and the computer upstairs; could our new Netgear pl1000 cope? Yes it can! My only complaint is that the size of the pl1000 takes up a double wall plug, so that I have to trail extension leads around so that I can plug in the computer. Excellent otherwise.

Impeccable packaging and next-day delivery. Very easy to install on an existing network. Speed OK.

The positive. - Does the job well. - Simple to install and use. - Does not get too hot; The negative. - Sometimes loses its affiliation without knowing why (very rare). In short, it's good overall.
