This amp replaced an ageing Rotel amp which ,though good in its day, was sounding harsh and brittle in the highs. The Marantz's 45 w per channel also provides more headroom for my large transmission line speakers, particularly the extended bass these speakers can produce. I am very happy with the clarity and broad soundstage. Lots of detail. The two sets of speaker outputs are also welcome as I wanted to bi-wire my speakers. And though I mostly use an external DAC, it's good to have the option of the onboard DAC with its two filters. The remote allows me to compare different settings, such as tone and the different DAC inputs, without leaving the listening position. All in all loving the amp, and no complaints.

Superbe dynamique, je retrouve des détails oubliés sur ma musique, les HP semblent différents et sonnent mieux.\nLe grave descend plus bas et les aigues plus cristallin, la musique jaillit dans la pièce !\nNe vous arrétez pas à la puissance annoncée de 2 x 40 W RMS , la dynamique est t'elle qu'on dirait que l'ampli fait beaucoup plus, mes enceintes colonnes font 150 W rms et aucun soucis pour les pousser !

The headphones are so comfortable with large soft cups. This was my main reason behind this purchase. The top band is made of the same materials ( nice and soft ) and sits nicely while being very supportive. Once connected to Bluetooth very easy to use. Music comes across very clearly with a large volume range. The noise canceling is good. They feel to be of great quality in your hands, well made.
