Portable and convenient but annoying it has to be held. Tried leaning on it but it was too hard on my back. Others may like it that hard but I didn't

Item arrived quickly, looks sturdy and good quality, bought as a Christmas gift and sure they’ll be impressed. I was surprised to find no UK 3 pin plug, thankfully had an adapter, thought that was worth noting as not everyone has such a thing to hand. May review again after getting feedback from the recipient

One side is noticeably hitting stronger than the other for some reason? Have contacted the seller and hope they can help resolve this.

This is a great product, we use it nearly everyday to ease away the aches and pains.
