Was great, until the connectors on the pipe stopped working. Then Samsung told me they don't make parts for this model anymore. So if you only want a vacuum that lasts for three years then this is the one for you!

The stick vaccum has really good suction even at the minimum setting. It starts of at mid level but you can always reduce to lower suction. It does a really good job and is easy to clean as well. Pretty strong for a stick vaccum. A bit of weight to it but overall very good perfomance! Picks up things even when you think your carpets were clean. The roller brush helps pick up the dirt easily.

Better than expected. I grab the cleaner all the time and whizz around a room. No cord hassle, easy to empty, great suction. I usually use on full power for 10 mins and a room is done. Instead of a big clean I just do mini cleans. Great on our carpet, rugs, polished concrete and wooden floors. Picks up our pet hair easily. Dont know why I didnt get one earlier
