Le Eufy Omni C20 est très performant sur sols durs et pour le lavage grâce à sa forte aspiration et au levage intelligent des serpillières. La station tout-en-un facilite l'entretien, et le design plat nettoie bien sous les meubles. L'application est facile à utiliser et propose de nombreux réglages. Les inconvénients sont l'absence de détection d'obstacles, ce qui le fait rester bloqué sur les câbles et petits objets, et le petit bac à poussière qui nécessite des retours fréquents à la station. Les performances sur tapis et petites particules sont moyennes, et les cheveux longs s'emmêlent vite. Pour les maisons avec beaucoup de tapis ou des animaux à poils longs, il existe de meilleures alternatives.

The eufy Omni C20 handles a multi-surface household reasonably. While it's great at picking up debris from bare floors, it's only okay at cleaning carpets and merely passable at picking up pet hair. Its obstacle handling is also pretty poor; it has difficulty maneuvering around common household obstacles like power cords. The multifunction station handles emptying the dustbin and wetting the mop pads—the robot vacuum is highly dependent on the station since it doesn't have its own mopping water tank, and its internal dustbin is very small. Since this vacuum can't wet the mop pads when it's away from the dock, it can only work in a limited fashion on stains, resulting in inadequate stain removal performance.
