Yes it works really well. I have four very large trees in my garden that at this time of the year are constantly dropping leaves. It’s so much easier to use and much less effort than using a hand rake.

There is a bit of assembly required out of the box but nothing too bad. Once assembled it feels well-built and robust. It is a large piece of kit so will need to have some space in mind to store when not in use. Once worked out the height adjustment it works well. After the first few passes we were ready to dismantle, box up and send back, but once we had sorted out the height adjustment all was ok! it picked up our Silver Birch leaves and anything larger including Cordyline leaves which I was surprised about However anything smaller such as Sycamore seeds were not being picked up as well. We keep our lawn maintained, but I think the unit would be less effective over longer grass. Holds a fair few leaves before needing to be emptied. Overall pleased with the product, does feel a little pricey but hopefully will save a lot of time in the autumn!!

Used my leaf collector for the first time today and am astounded at how good it is - why didn't I get one 7 years ago????? I've been raking and bending continuosley for years and living in the Outer Hebrides I can assure you that is hard work and takes it's toll on your wrists, hands and back! Decided something had to be done to make life easier as I am in my 70's and bought this leaf collector not really believing that it would be so easy but viola!!! it is. Hubby had it put together in a few minutes and said it was a doddle and I lawn tested it in a galeforce wind. It's as light as a feather and collected everything with no effort, leaves,twigs, seedpods , did 1/3 of an acre in no time and the bag still wasn't full. Brilliant.

A bit of a fiddle to assemble but once built it is very robust and takes all the hard work out of raking the lawns

Was dubious about this but what a great item. Does great job and very well put together!
