Bluesound NODE - Wit

I have a Cyrus setup so one of the parameters was whether it would fit in my Hark unit shelves, it does. Now the real important bit is what does it sound like - very good. I can only listen with my ears and compare with my Cyrus XP CD player, it lacks in certain areas on a 1:1 comparison when using Spotify HD sourced music. I do not wish to pay high price for streaming services from Roon or Tidal or pay over £2000 for a Cyrus streamer I have to be realistic and say it’s better than I’d hoped for. The big question is would I buy it again? Yes and it fits harmoniously into my stack. The system is easy to setup and I can use via my iPad. The Richer sounds team are great.

Works really well, sounds great compared to the small Auris bluMe bluetooth receiver I was using. I bought a Prima Luna 300 pre-amp from Upscale Audio and it sounded so fantastic, I had to upgrade the bluetooth receiver to prepare for streaming from Spotify (will try Tidal or Qobuz in the future now that I have the Bluesound NODE). I don't know how it compares to the over $1000 streamers, but for this price, I think it's fantastic for my tastes and budget.

Exceptionally easy to use and sound is quite excellent. Highly recommend.

I bought this to add more modern streamer capability to my Cyrus classic setup. Great addition and the sound using the Cyrus DAC XP Signature is great.

Upgraded from a laptop with external DAC to this and the result was noticeable straight away. Same quality leads and cabling... simple swop of the laptop and DAC for the Bluesound Node 132. Extremely pleased with the result. One challenge I had in setting up was that I have a VPN set on my phone and laptop and could not find the device until I allowed the app to by-pass. Also, while works great across wi-fi, direct connection to the router provides the best result. App easy to use. This was kit recommended by the Southampton branch (Tom) and super pleased with the results. certainly recommend this product
