Such an ergonomic home run. When you place this on your S1 (or S1R) it allows you to seamlessly go from landscape to portrait orientation without ANY interruptions via controls or feel. Well done Panasonic.......your designers were NOT asleep at the wheel as those other manufacturers were in my opinion. NONE looks, feels or works as well as this grip on the intended camera.

Perfect compliment to my S1. Well built and is a no-brainer if you want to maximize handling of the camera. Got it free because I pre-ordered...another no brainers move. Totally satisfied.
