Just received my new Philips B120E/10 Baby monitor, had no problems installing the program on my iPhone or connecting with it, although i hear a lot of people do. The sound and motion detectors work just fine and i receive on my phone all the alerts. Two problems i've encountered, one is the long time you have to wait to connect through the application on my iPhone 5 (as for the online philips page? DONT bother , it take AGES) although i have a 24mbps internet connection and at work it's 36 mbps. The other problem is the night vision, IT'S A JOKE !! you can hardly see ANYTHING !! Trying to sell it for half the price to get a cam that actually has night vision.

Took no time at all to install and the picture and audio is very clear indeed. Also find the thermometer on it very useful. Really helps with all that baby paranoia too! Worth spending a little bit more on something like this I think for piece of mind. Recommend!

this device is perfect... have a 1 year old and it comes in very useful.. easy to install and thorough instructions on my iPhone..love the way i can see and monitor her from downstairs whilst she is upstairs.. thermometer sensor very handy...i would certainly recommend this product

I found this product really easy to set up and great for checking on my little one. We never had the night vision issues as had our baby's door ajar with a bathroom light on, but can understand that others found this a problem. However, the only issue we did find was that sometimes there was a delay in getting a real time image even though we have an extremely fast internet. Other than that, loved that the image/sound/temp can be viewed/listened to via an app rather than another device.
