Le Traeger Timberline 850 est un barbecue à pellets haut de gamme qui se distingue par sa maîtrise de la température, son isolation et sa facilité d'utilisation via l'application WiFIRE. La grande surface de cuisson à trois grilles permet de cuisiner en quantité et avec variété. La qualité de fabrication est solide et la gestion des graisses et des pellets est bien pensée. Les inconvénients sont le prix élevé, le poids et un capteur de pellets parfois imprécis. Le menu peut être complexe et il produit moins de fumée que certains concurrents. Pour les passionnés recherchant confort et qualité, c'est un excellent choix.

I have used it around 10 times already and it does perform well. The pellet dump door needs improvement. You can't reach into the hopper and push the pellets out and it is difficult to position a bucket to catch them. Nice idea and works okay, but not great. The app is really good just wish it would work on my local network when the internet is down. We frequently have our internet connection go down. Our wireless is still working but we can't communicate with the grille, so 1 star on that front. Okay that is the bad stuff the good stuff is the food tastes great and it requires very little time in front of the grille to get great results. I would like it to have the super smoke feature throughout the grilles temperature range, but for super smoke patience is the key. Start early if you want to cook slow and have a deep smoke flavor.

Love this smoker. High quality built, easy to use, easy to assemble and best of all the food cooked on it tastes delicious.

Well worth the money. I had an entry level Traeger and I loved it so much I decided to upgrade. This thing is amazing. Great product from a trusted brand.
