I can happily say I've been using this product daily for the last year. It's quality, modes, and treble/bass adjustments as well as multiple inputs have always serviced my needs. However, there are only a small few issues I have with it. Turning off after 15 minutes of inactivity is a great power-saving feature, but I wish it could be toggled off sometimes. Also, occasionally the sub-woofer will disconnect from the soundbar. Usually a restart will fix this issue. And a small nitpick, the quality of the remote could be better. This product performs really well for movies, great for games, although with some media the soundstage can feel a bit narrow. Overall, I am very happy with this product, would recommend Phillips, and will very likely consider buying their products again in the future.

Bought it today. Returning it today. It kept cutting out, there was a significant sound delay and the sub woofer is not worth what we paid.

Everything works well, have had no issues at all and the sound quality is more than adequate for my needs. It also looks good and the LED display on the front is a bonus too

I brought this soundbar and sub combination about 8 months ago, and it gets used daily. Setup is easy, Bass and Treble adjustment options on the remote are appreciated as well as the different sound modes. The many inputs for sound are great, and the system sounds fantastic for music, movies and gaming. You aren't going to get directional sound like you would from a proper 5.1 or 7.1 system, but it can fill a room with high-quality audio. Highly recommend this system. Sometimes you have to re-sync the soundbar and sub but that process is easy.

This soundbar looks and sounds amazing. The 3.1 channels makes a massive difference compared to most other soundbars which are 2.1 (no centre speaker). The clarity of dialogues and instruments in top notch! Unfortunately, I had to return this item as I was experiencing audio sync issues (thankfully, the remote has an option to adjust sync). Also, I observed that the bass was pretty weak (almost non-existent when playing Youtube videos) and I also experienced audio dropouts (connected to TV and via Bluetooth). Maybe I got a faulty unit. Anyway, if you're not a basshead, I think this would be a perfect soundbar for you.
