Great product and had a small issue which was resolved very promptly

When we purchased this system it stated that if you were watching a helicopter you could hear the rotor blades very clearly,you definitely can think it's in the same room excellent sounds

The sound is excellent, great advice from the on line and Preston store staff. The volume control takes a bit of getting use to and we are still experimenting with the best place to put the Subwoofer but on the whole really pleased. Thanks again for your excellent advice and service b

Easy setup and decent quality - less muffled sound than the standard ,TV output. The phone app offers control over the system but infuriatingly does not retain the settings and freezes- the only way to resolve the issue is to uninstall the phone app and reinstall - it then works for a couple of days .......,and then fails again! - don't bother with the phone app and use the hand control to set the unit.
