I was given a warranty exchange for a toothbrush that was under warranty at the time, now that the replacement isn't working and I contacted Phillips Sonicare and being that its now out of warranty they won't sent me another replacement.Very poor service and product support!!!

[Employee of philipsglobal] As someone who has used an electric toothbrush for years I couldn’t believe there was much difference depending on the price tag, wrong! This is teeth cleaning on another level. My teeth actually feel cleaner since using this diamond clean toothbrush. I not sure I would have believed it made any difference at all till I ve tried it for myself, brilliant

Toothbrush worked amazing for 2 weeks and then suddenly stopped working. When the toothbrush was removed from the charger it started running through the modes and would not let me choose a mode. Whatever caused this also caused the inability to connect to the app. Called customer service and had thee worst experience in my life. Was told they can only send me a replacement of another model in a different color. (Lesser model). The woman literally had ZERO product knowledge and said there was no one else to speak with. I will never EVER purchase anything from this company again. $200 down the drain !

Les vibrations sont très efficaces sur les dents, hélas également surprenantes et même difficiles à supporter au contact des lèvres où cela produit un chatouillement intense. Vu le prix il faudrait peut-être penser à mettre une double gaine, où l'extérieur ne transmet pas ces micro-vibrations. (Une astuce; il est bon de commencer le brossage au niveau des molaires les lèvres sont alors un peu moins soumises aux vibrations et l'on peut alors prendre un peu l'habitude.) PS Je l'utilise un peu car la personne pour laquelle je l'ai acheté initialement ne peut pas l'utiliser du tout en raison de ces vibrations sur les lèvres.
