Very pleased (eventually). I bought the Sonic 5300 toothbrush and it developed a problem within a month whereby the on/off switch became virtually impossible to use. I had registered it with Philips and they very promptly replaced it with a new replacement which now works fine. The brush does work very well and I have noticed how much cleaner my teeth look and feel.I'm now trying to register the replacement on the Philips Customer website but having great difficulty as my computers all stset that the website is not secure and won't allow me to access the pages - ho-hum ...

Cleans very well and impeccable replacement from Philips with a 3 yr warranty original bought from my dentist it stopped working and Philips replaced with no hesitation im really pleased with this product

Brosse simple d'utilisation et sobre. Dotée de son chargeur, la batterie de la brosse a dent tient sur le long terme (ici 3 semaines et toujours pas rechargée). Son indicateur de baterrie permet de savoir si nous devons la recharger ou non! Elle a 2 vitesses : normal et rapide! Elle fonctionne durant 2 minutes top chrono! J'ai remarqué que j'avais moins de plaques dentaires grace à la brosse à dent, mon dentiste va être content! Je recommande vraiment cette brosse à dent! Allez y les yeux fermés!

Am still not sure about this tooth brush am still not convinced it cleans my teeth as good as my oral b tooth brush because it seems very gentle on my teeth it cleans my teeth

The Philips toothbrush has a very nice sleek design which is appealing to the eye. The brush head shape works well in getting into hard areas and cleaning your teeth overall but I would prefer a round head brush because it felt like there wasn’t enough bristles. The brush has a powerful vibration which makes cleaning effective and I like the feature of reminding you to change the head because it can be easy to forget. Overall I would give the Phillips toothbrush a 4/5.
