I've not used this brush head before but it is described as standard and not compact, when it arrived I was a bit surprised as it seems to be miniature. All other reviews seem to think these are genuine so I can't see that mine aren't but they do look really oddly small. Like a toddlers toothbrush size. It is approximately half the size of my previous phillips head which came with my brush.

These are small heads. not the size or standard of the ones what come with the toothbrush. White one in the picture is the new one, it doesn't have the same brush configuration
