I wish you would bring the E series COMPACT screw-on toothbrush head back! I have a small moth & that was the only toothbrush head that fit my mouth without difficulty. I invested money to get the Sonacare toothbrush & now you have removed the only brush that actually fits my mouth. I am very disappointed in your decision! I really would like for you to sell it again, PLEASE!

I unscrewed my e series head to see what looked like mold in threads and cap that screws onto the bottom battery pack motor. The well that the magnet assembly goes into was also black with what looked like mold!!! Can’t find e series heads at any retailer. My whole sonicare unit was expensive and I thought it was healthier way to brush my teeth. Now I question what has been going into my mouth instead? Bacteria?

I've been using the e-Series sonic toothbrush for years and very happy to say my dental check ups are all excellent. I would never go back to a regular toothbrush.

I really like the product. It does a fine job and is easy to use and it takes a fraction of the time of a manual toothbrush. Also, my periodontitis recommends the product. Unfortunately there is one major draw back in my opinion and that is the cost. At $29.95 for two brushes and $36.95 for two sensitive brushes it's just far over priced. I think that Phillips could bring the price down quite a bit and still have a tidy profit margin. When you consider the cost of batteries ( which the toothbrush goes through at a rapid rate ) and the brushes it becomes a luxury item not just an every day health tool.
