Good Points: The quality of the hardware seems very good. Even the packaging in which it came is very substantial. Improvement Points: The instructions only cover installation and setup. There is no information on how to store and and replay video recordings, which is a fundamental requirement of a security camera. That means the product is useless. I've asked Xiaomi for instructions but had no reply.

After connecting to my home WiFi, I could control and set features from my android phone, Huawei Y7 Pro (2019). App is easy to use, and connects instantly to the camera from anywhere in the house. Complete with audio, one can converse with the caller easily. Infra red is very good providing sharp video and images. Camera is rated 1080p or 360p. I'm amazed at the resolution attained for such a good price. Takes a few minutes to set up, as it searches for your network, but once done, it's a breeze to use. I found the sensitivity to high, triggering video alerts constantly, but will try on it's lowest setting.

It doesn't play back video clips (from SDcard) in motion detecting recording mode. But it play back fine in continuous recording mode. I have bought two cameras. They are all with same issue

The good: Compact, easy to install & setup, wide angle, mount anywhere, using Mi home app. The not so good: video quality not as good as the 360 camera, usb adapter not included. Overall: Definitely a good buy
