The AKG K371 sounds excellent and is honestly one of the best-tuned closed-back headphones I’ve used, especially for vocals, tonal balance, and accurate listening. The sound quality itself has been consistently impressive. Unfortunately, after only about four months of careful home use, one of the earpads already started peeling and deteriorating. I contacted the retailer and was informed that earpad wear is only covered for 30 days under warranty. I was also quoted over CAD $100 (before shipping and tax) for official replacement pads, which feels excessively expensive relative to the original cost of the headphones. I still think the K371 is a fantastic sounding headphone, but the durability and replacement cost of the stock pads have been disappointing.

I'm not an audiophile snob, but I do have a decent ear for most sound quality stuff. My brother got me these headphones along with a pair of other headphones to compare before shipping one set back. I chose these because they were smaller and lighter and had more bass. I'm glad I chose these. Some of the music I listen to hits really low bass, and these can handle down to like 40hz. they don't really do well with notes down around 30hz, but you can barely hear it. On the other end of the spectrum, they aren't really "bright" with the highs, but I'm fine with that because it can hurt your eardrums. They are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. So far the fake leather has been holding up. I have had other headphones in the past that had the fake leather tear/fall apart really quickly. BTW I mostly listen to electronic music, and I use these exclusively with my computer.

Outstanding sound, decent quality. It serving me for more than 5 years already. One of the best on the market.

Don't expect so big features but actually worth to buy. Because good price/performance range. Also responsing isn't too flat but it's acceptable for mixing inquiries.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the AKG Pro Audio K371BT headphones I purchased. While the sound quality is good, I have encountered a serious issue with the left volume control. The left volume control is overly sensitive and frequently works intermittently. This makes the headphones difficult and stressful to use. Such a defect not only affects daily usability but also undermines confidence in the product’s overall quality. I strongly urge AKG to address this issue with a fundamental solution. If left unresolved, it may lead to a loss of trust in the brand among many users.
