Le Jabra BIZ 2300 USB Microsoft Lync Duo est un choix populaire pour les centres d'appels grâce à sa qualité sonore, son antibruit efficace et son confort léger. Le câble renforcé Kevlar et la perche solide assurent la durabilité même en usage quotidien. Le casque est certifié Microsoft Lync/Teams et s'installe facilement via USB. Les inconvénients sont des coussinets en mousse qui s'usent vite, l'absence de housse de protection et de fonction de rupture de câble. Certains utilisateurs signalent aussi des problèmes de compatibilité avec Mac OS. Globalement, c'est un casque fiable pour un usage professionnel, mais il faut tenir compte de ces points avant l'achat.

It had a bit of resistance being put onto my headphones, but it fits perfectly once its on. Good product, would recommend. =)

We have ordered many of the headphones and the cushions are great, very comfortable and easy to attach.

Needed a headset for work as I am hearing impaired and use an amplifier on my desk phone. This headset was suggested to me by customer service as the one most likely to work for me and it does work really well. I was also assisted with the correct smart cable to fit into my hearing amplifier. This set up now makes me much more comfortable answering the phone in my admin job as I am confident I will be able to hear the caller, so much better than when I just used the amplifier and the phone handset. 10/10 for customer service to suggest what was needed and 10/10 for the headset itself. Suits me perfectly.

The cups are terribly small, they keep sliding off. I found that if you put the band slightly behind the top of your head they will stop slidding, but then they're not comfortable, they don't cover or envelope your ears, they just press on half of them. Sound is dry... Yes it's a callcenter headset and for sake of noise cancelling they all sound a bit dry. But they are DRY. For that price, i expected more!
