I have the Evolve 2 85 which I didn’t like and they broke after 1.5 years. This headset is far superior, the boom works better than the previous headset. The ANC is excellent and works very well with teams.

I used these for two years and 4 months for my remote job. I primarily bought these for voice isolation and noise cancellation for working near very loud construction. They worked well, though for a long work day, the pressure on your ear can get a bit uncomfortable. After about 1 year and 10 months, I started getting some weird behaviours with the mic and my manager mentioned sometimes my audio sounded weird, like it was cutting out a bit. Today, 2 years and 4 months since purchasing, the mic is dead, except for in one very specific nearly upright position, which sounds awful. Upon some Googling, it seems that this is a common problem and arises as a design flaw with the wire to the boom mic. I spent quite a lot on this headset with the hope that it would last me many many years, since there's the ability to buy new ear pads and stuff like that. I am very disappointed by the lack of longevity for the price.

Just few months after my 2 yrs warranty, my microphone stopped working. Exactly same thing happened to my husband. Lots of money to pay to keep replacing every two years?

I work from home and use a headset most of the day. This is the second one of these headsets I've had that failed just after the warranty expired! The raise the mike to mute function is really helpful but the design is not robust. The boom mike failed on both my headsets. This is a very expensive headset. While it works, it's really great but as they consistently (my wife's just died also) don't last would definitely avoid them!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with both a defective headset I purchased and the subsequent lack of response from Amazon regarding my refund. I bought the headset 7 months ago, and 2 months ago, it was riddled with issues. The sound quality was poor and the microphone was faulty. After attempting to troubleshoot these problems to no avail, I decided to return the product. Amazon received the returned headset over a month ago, yet I am still waiting for my refund to be processed. We don’t have any option on the app to contact customer service. This lack of efficiency and transparency is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I expected better from Amazon. This experience has significantly shaken my confidence in purchasing from your platform in the future. I urge you to address this matter promptly and process my refund without any further delay. ******update***** Today is 09/Sep/24 - Amazon is cheating and not refunding my money for the faulty product!!!
