Le Plantronics Backbeat Go 810 offre une excellente autonomie et un bon confort, idéal pour de longues sessions d'écoute. La qualité sonore est bonne, surtout dans les basses et les médiums, et les boutons physiques sont agréables à utiliser. La réduction de bruit fonctionne mais reste inférieure à celle des concurrents plus chers. Les oreillettes peuvent chauffer et le boîtier en plastique grince parfois. La charge en micro-USB est dépassée et le casque n'est pas pliable, ce qui est moins pratique en déplacement. Un bon choix pour le prix, mais avec des compromis.

Le casque grésille et sature très vite dès qu'il y a un peu trop d'aigus. C'est le SEUL VRAI inconvénient. Le volume maximum du produit n'est pas terrible non plus. Mis à part c'est 2 points négatifs, c'est un petit bijou. Un casque léger, facile d'emploi, connexion wireless rapide, application disponible sur AppStore et intuitive, annulation de bruit extérieur efficace, garde bien la charge, et surtout son design est quand même très raffiné. Attention, si vous choisissez un modèle clair, et que vous êtes utilisateur de fond de teint, soyez prudent pour ne pas salir votre petit produit high tech.

These headphone speakers have great audio, good base and OK noise cancelling. The structural integrity of the headband is terrible. Cracked in multiple places with normal use after less than a month. Now, the headphones are very lose on the ears and slide right off when I look down. So disappointed. For $180, this is very disappointing. And they have no flexibility with their 12 mo warranty. I won’t be doing business with Plantronics anytime soon.

I bought these four months ago but the headband is already broken. It is cracking all along the band and one big crack in the middle. More cracks appear as I continue to wear and use the headset. The headband is poorly made of plastic and thin fabric. This seems to be a common problem with this product.

The sound is decent, but the build quality is poor. Not even 12 months in and the headband is cracked. Looking around online, this is not an isolated issue. Another issue is when paired on iOS the volume steps are too high. It goes from no sound to too loud. I have sent emails to Plantronics with no response.
