Cette oreillette est légère et s'ajuste parfaitement à l'oreille. Une grande surprise quant au son qui est clair. J'en ai essayé plusieurs et celui-ci correspond parfaitement à mes attentes.

A couple pieces were missing, I contacted the mfg and absolutely no response!!

I bought twice, and both times within less than 6 months, its started to turn off and on every 5 seconds. Anybody knew solutions please share

I have several of these headsets and they work great. While this mono type headset is not for everyone it works great for me. It works great and seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, Apple and Android mobile phones, and Poly VVX IP phones. All the features work, mute, answer/hangup buttons and volume. I also use it with Google voice for business but the buttons do not work, or I have not been able to get them to work. I have a headset paired with my mobile on bluetooth and with the dongle on my PC for Teams and it switches seamlessly between the two. Another great feature is that it has a case that will also charge the headset while stored inside but also when using the case as a stand. The case itself has a built in battery for charging the headset and the case charges from USB C. It is very light and comfortable on the ear and I easily forget I have it there. If you spend a lot of time in meetings or on the phone this is a great headset.

I wear a bluetooth headset for work and need a high quality sound, incoming and outgoing. I also need noise cancelling. My favorite has been the Plantronics voyager which I wore for many years. Great quality but within 6 months, the sound quality diminished with use, rendering it no longer acceptable., After replacing it more than a few times, I sought another high end headset and purchased Shockz. Shockz also a high end quality but I did not like the arm that wraps around the back of the head. Recently I purchased the Yealink BH71 and I love it. I have the base station at my office and a charging module for home. I always have power and the sound quality is great, in and out. Jury is out on the long term quality but I think it is better than either of the other 2 past favorites. I highly recommend this headset.
