Samsung Banque d'alimentation Battery Pack 10000mAh, 2x USB-C, 25W PD, SFC, Beige

The battery pack doesn’t work - it won’t charge. I’ve tried two of them and neither works properly. I contacted support, but the experience was awful. I was repeatedly asked if I’d tried a different cable (I had), and then passed from one department to another with no real help. After the first battery pack failed, I spent nearly three hours speaking to five different people, only to be told there was nothing they could do. They eventually offered me the “favour” of buying a replacement for £1. I bought it, tried to charge it immediately, and unsurprisingly it also doesn’t work. Save your money and buy a different battery pack

This just doesn’t work it doesn’t hold a charge. And samsung support has been abysmal. Passing me around the houses. UK warranty law covers this product but they don’t seem to agree because they can’t repair it.

Won't charge, returned the first one, got a replacement, it's never worked.

Absolutely brilliant power bank. The 10,000mAh capacity is more than enough to fully charge my phone multiple times, and the 25W Super Fast Charging is a game-changer—my phone goes from nearly empty to over 50% in just 30 minutes. It's compact, well-built, and easy to carry in a bag or pocket. I especially appreciate the reliable performance and fast recharging speed for the power bank itself. Perfect for travel, commuting, or just peace of mind when you're away from a socket. Highly recommended.

Died after a year and only used once. lack of colour choices, lack of connectivity and compatibility
