Asics Chaussures de running Novablast 5 pour Femme

I'm relatively new to more structured running and training for a marathon, and got these recommended by a lot of people. And for good reason! I was hesitant to jump from Hoka to Asics but I fell in love with these from the first run. They are definitely a softer and slightly less stable than Hoka, but with a pair of orthotics they are PERFECT. I really love the bounce/pop they have and it's given me a lot of confidence in running lighter and faster on my feet. My speed has gone up significantly. I'll be continuing to use these as my go-to all-around shoe.

I don’t like the changes for this new model. I did a few short runs and thought these shoes worked fine but did a longer run yesterday and they didn’t hold up and my knees and ankles were hurting by the end of the run. I think they are too soft and leads to the foam collapsing when my foot rolls inward. Not a problem I had with the 4s.

I feel like I have plenty of cushioning for long runs on pavement and do well on very well maintained smooth trails. I added a Curex run insole for some arch support but the shoe performs nicely and is super lightweight. Fit is true to size for me (normally a size 8D)

These trainers compared to my previous asics road runners are like the title states, night and day, the comfort, the bounce back on the run, the no more sweaty feet, naturally wider at the front, feeling like your running on clouds, no more shin splints and the sleek design. I could go on forever but you get the idea. You will not be disappointed!
