Nike Romaleos 4 Weightlifting Shoes Noir,Doré EU 46

These shoes are absolutely fantastic. I usually wear a size 11 in Nike, but after reading a few reviews regarding sizing I went for the size 12. They fit beautifully. I’d never have gotten the size 11 on. They’re comfortable, sturdy and do have some weight to them. I have quite a slim foot so these are perfect. I’m not sure how someone with a wide foot would get on with these. I’m not an expert lifter by any means, but these shoes have greatly helped with squatting. Definitely get a pair - you won’t regret it.

These are absolutely amazing. My first pair of dedicated weightlifting shoes after training in All Stars for years and the difference in stability on squats is literally night and day. They are so planted to the ground, it's like they are glued. Rock solid and super comfortable.

This is a great shoe - the quality, construction and durability are all fantastic! But, the heel height is 20mm, so this is very good for people that need help with additional heel flexibility to hit depth on squats. The heel was too high for me personally, it would push me forward putting more emphasis on my vastus medialis and less glutes which would basically mimic a front squat and not a back squat. I wasn't able to squat as much, and as a powerlifter - the change in heel height effected my strength. Again, great shoe for the right person but I still prefer squatting in my Metcons which have a 4mm heel lift.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are amazing lifters for sure. The increased stability and mobility that they provide is amazing. So far have only used these for squats but with them squats feel much better and stable. A a snug fitting shoe for sure but that’s how you want them.
