Apple will brag like they’ve solved world hunger if they shave 10 grams off the next iPhone, but they won’t even tell you how much this thing weighs. It weighs 600 grams. That makes it significantly heavier than the 460g iPad Air 4th gen that I intended to use it with. Why would I combine this dinky $300 keyboard doodad with a $700 iPad for a $1000 combo that weighs almost as much as a vastly more powerful MacBook Air, at the same cost. makes ZERO sense. This Idiotic product is an example of Apple at its worst. It’s not nice to type on, and the microscopic trackpad matches the product’s usefulness - barely existent. Pathetic. Avoid. Even if you’re an Apple Fanperson.

It is a little heavy. I wish that it would open a little different, or at least flip around so I could use my tablet as a tablet and not just a laptop

Love, love, love this keyboard. Makes using my Ipad much easier. Like using a computer keyboard. Since I am a good typist, it is easy and fast for me to type communications. Love the compact construction, but still easy to use. Don’t know how I managed with the touch screen keyboard prior to this purchase.

The long-awaited Magic Keyboard is finally here.The magnetic tablet is firm and stable, and it is super easy to install. The tablet can be taken down and used at any time. The keys are also very sensitive. The switch between Chinese and English is also very convenient. The design is more scientific and convenient, and it’s super nice anyway! So I bought a few of the cheaper ones before I went all in on this one. I have to say it was worth it. The only down fall is using the iPad in portrait mode is not possible without awkward positioning (sideways keyboard), but the magnetic case makes it easier to remove from the keyboard if you need to. Overall the keys and track pad are effortless and immediately responsive opposed to the other cases that were a lot heavier and delayed. The battery life has been good so far and I like that the case provide a discreet charging port.
