A bit disappointed to be honest. Have used the rice cooker twice and both times a burnt crust forms on the base of the rice. Have followed the instructions. I will try to unplug as soon as it’s cooked and not let it sit on warm setting as per instructions to see if that helps, trouble is when you’re pre-occupied cooking you don’t always notice it click over to warm setting. Not a fan of crunchy rice and may go back to tried and tested method of saucepan and hob.

We have recently brought this rice cooker, its brilliant and cooks lovely soft rice, its a very sturdy product and well worth the money, great price
