Do not buy this humidifier. The description says it should cover 1100 ft. and I have a 1900 sq ft house so naturally I bought two. According to my Nest, at most it increases the moisture in my house by 10%. For the price I paid, these things should make my house feel like rainforest. DO NOT BUY unless you like wasting your money. I've had better luck with $40 humidifiers.

QUIET! Does a wonderful job, if used in the right size space. The design aspects of the OSKAR are what prompted me to investigate it. Most humidifiers look horrible - like they were designed by an engineer, with no help from a product designer. Can't speak to reliability as it's only been operational for a month. I also have the smaller cube version. Will definitively buy one or two more, for other rooms.

Worked great for 3 months then the red water refill light would come on even though the tank was full and I'd have to jiggle the top to get it to work. Just started it up again for his season and the same problem. It seems like a bad design for the water tank sensor coupled with a plastic case that tends to warp a little.
