This shredder is quite efficient but it is very difficult to empty because there is no easy way to hold the heavy shredder mechanism when lifting it from the box.

Excellent product. Swiftly delivered by ACCO brands. Customer service were brilliant when I thought I had a problem. I was mistaken. They were helpful and respectful and keen to resolve any problem despite the problem being my error. I thought the shredder should generate diamond shreddings. Great shredder.

Bought the shredder to replace a very old one that was not functioning well. This one is quieter and has a smooth operation. Extremely efficient and well made product
