We purchased 2 x reconditioned units and both failed within a couple of weeks. Seller was outstanding and refunded both units

I couldn’t get even a flicker of life out of this shredder so I it was been picked up by a service engineer appointed by Rexel in the hope of getting this very expensive bit of kit going.The shredder was returned to me the next day in full working order. Now working very efficiently and very quietly

absolute rubbish. Ran for 10 sheets then stopped. Wouldn't self feed, had to keep refitting sheets to get it to work. Gave up and returned it.

Would have been good to know that it had a 2 pin non-uk plug on it as wouldnt have bought it otherwise. Useless now.

No point buying a machine with a 130 paper drawer capacity when the machine heats up at less than half and stops working for more than 10min to cool down . The most frustrating shredder ever .
