bought this for RED DEAD 2, really simple, plug it in and the PlayStation will handle everything, loading games is just as fast as the onboard harddrive, haven't had a single issue, even after a couple power outages

About a year down the road of use the hard drive stopped working on my ps4, constantly asking for repairs and corrupting my device. I’m real annoyed that amazon even allows a product to be sold that is damaging consoles. My ps4 was stuck in rest mode not able to do anything because of this hard drive save your money and time and order else where. I want a refund

Bought this to add storage for all these new large games coming out. Plenty of room, seems to load games faster. Quick and easy install. Highly recommended if you have the 60 gig PS4

I bought a seagate extended hard drive for my ps4 and it became defective after a year or so, and I lost all my content. I was told this different hard drive would be the go to, better than seagate, and so far I’m not disappointed. It works great. Easy to install. The only tiny concern I have is when I’m playing a game, every two days or so I hear a tiny pop from the hard dive like something is locking but that’s really it. Not sure if it’s from something I’m doing wrong or just how it is, but it’s okay:)
