Great value for money and very quick delivery. I was able to replace the part before my son had a meltdown without his gaming pc!!

Bought two of these, one for a laptop upgrade and another for a server operating system partition. Both are excellent performers and are a fantastic price.

Ok but tuns really hot. In a well.ventilated case without heat sinks this runs at over 40.degrees. a heat sink brings down to 31. Something i was not expecting fron what is not a high spec or speed m.2 card

Pairs with motherboards using Gen3 M.2. Good performance and well within grounds for entry to mid range gaming.

Honestly expected better from WD, never mind this is a cheap drive I didn't expect record breaking results but I did expect to be able to download large files to this drive faster than an old mechanical drive but no. Sustained write speeds are terrible, circa 100MB/s or less. Causes the whole system to lag when downloading a large file e.g. Steam game. Find a drive with SLC Cache instead.
