Upgraded a friend's $200 Asus. L402-EH21 with this. The physical operation took about 30 seconds. Used Aomei's free backup program to migrate the OS, had to change the boot order also... and works like a charm.

Drive had a bad sector out of the box. Not supersized or upset due to the low cost of this drive. I will RMA and spend a bit more on a quality brand next time.

My second ssd I buy. Heavier than Adata ssds, aluminum casing and well built. Much faster than a HDD and boot times are great! Great buy for a budget ssd no doubt

Have had no problems with this little drive. Between it's speed and Windows 10's speeded up boot times, going from off to the security screen is blazing fast and painless.

This unit rehabilitated an old pc that my wife and I use for video streaming in our bedroom. For this price, replacing the old mechanical hard drive was a no-brainer, and we now enjoy snappy and noise-free browsing/streaming from bed. With the mechanical drive, booting took several minutes with laggy actions once in windows for several more minutes. Videos were also somewhat slow to load. That's all gone with this SSD in place.
