For a time there was a lot of concern with switching from the classic app to the updated Samsung app, but that is resolved at this point for us. The hub and system we have pieced together allow us to monitor our home without having to worry about false alarms from the kitty cat calling the police every time or paying for professional monitoring service until we want to. Glad we invested in this for our home and peace of mind.

Expensive but it Works great with Alexa and Schlage Connect smart dead bolt and alarm. Tried two others and had to send back.

I've had it two years and it has begun to stop talking to various devices. If you try to reset and it's a z-wave, it makes you go to a z-wave utility that doesn't work. It has a help link, but that goes to a "page not found". If you try to delete it, it says "contact the manufacturer". If you click the help link "page not found". Great work Samsung, yet another one of your appliances that doesn't work right.

The product didn't work. I returned the item a month ago and the seller has not issued a refund. I have reached out multiple times with no feedback.

This item worked as advertised and expected. There was a small learning curve as a new user, but easily overcome with a small amount of time.
