Funciona muy bien aunque tube que batallar con soporte técnico para que desbloqueé el equipo ya que tenía configurado un usuario anterior y eso es un lío, recomiendo comprarlo nuevo y evitar contratiempos

Works good, however, instructions are not clear for anyone who is not a technical guy

Tried this unit and then upgraded to the full HC2. Ended up sending both back. The hardware might be ok. Range seems comparable to SmartThings for z-wave. The main issue is the instability of the firmware. Both units had multiple crashes and tech support was nearly impossible to reach. Avoid this like the plague. That being said, their z-wave modules have worked quite well on wink and SmartThings hubs.

Don’t buy this item. Interfaces are pretty. Instructions written assuming plug and play. Does not work. From the beginning even serial number edit mask is wrong. Can’t change admin password. Get an error 404 web page when you click on help button. Happens from their web app on iPhone as well as Chrome and IE desktop. No support phone number either.
