Philips Daylo Applique Murale White and Color Noir

We bought 3 of these to set up in various areas around the garden and at the front of the house. In the end, we only used one to trigger 2 lights outside after midnight until sunrise. The rest of the time the lights are on between sunset and midnight using the App and Alexa. The Ring doorbell we have can trigger the garage Hue lights, negating the need for sensors out the front. It was easy to set up using the App and it's detected by Alexa and Home Assistant as long as you have a Hue Bridge.

Bought to replace earlier version which failed after a couple of years. Setting up was easy, but Phillips app is a bit confusing, and HomeKit integration hit and miss. Does the job but question marks for long term reliability, time will tell.

I bought this sensor primarily to send me notifications when people walk down my drive but it doesn't have this feature! Only the internal sensors have it.

This PIR is meant for outdoor use but it fails miserably by triggering on for all the wrong reasons. It doesn't matter what you set the sensitivity to - as long as you mount it at a height less than 3m, it keeps triggering to the movement of pet cats, stray cats, magpies, dogs, foxes or even a wet plastic bag blown by the wind. Its probably the poorest designed useless piece of NOT-PET-SAFE hardware from Philips.

No problem fitting this sensor outdoors. It linked to my flood light and once programmed, worked a treat. It's not the most robust feeling bit of kit but time will tell.
