I have just 2 of the ES20 speakers hooked up to a R-N303 Receiver and at first I was going to add a Sub. That was before I heard them, low range - mid range and highs are produced brilliantly. Highly recommend these speakers. Low volume or high volume they sound great.

Slightly large for bookshelf speakers, but I didn’t have the sense to check out the size specs. Duh. I easily found a way to set the speakers on a stool and a small table. The sound? Love em. Has a very true sound. Bass is clear but not the overwhelming sound that is popular with some.
