Tiffen Filtre de Protection UV 52mm

When you are around kids (esp ones who like to put their fingers on things), a UV filter is good thinking.

This filter does exactly what it's suppose to do. Good quality, feel solid, economical price.

This protects my very expensive lens from dog licks, kids, dust, drizzle, and the like. Light transmission is great and don't notice a difference that way. Oh yeah, it cuts out UV too.

Lots of lens flairs, makes it worse. If your going to spend the money on a lens you may as well have the right glass.

This has been great protection for my lens. There has been no degradation in image quality.
