HD9880/90 One of the most expensive air fryers Phillips make at over $700. Failed just a few months outside of the 24mth warranty and they want me to take it to their Service Centre approx 200kms away, otherwise they wont take any responsibility for repair or replacement. Shocking lack of service and poor appliance. First and LAST Phillips product. Buy something else...anything else.

Had the Air fryer for only 18 months, used it probably 2 weekly, and it blew up. Warranty only for 12 months and it cost approx. $600.

I have owned several other Phillips air fryers and one from another maker, all that I can say is wow, the best ever and this has set the benchmark for me

I'd give it a zero if I could. Can't get past the set up process. Won't connect to WIFI and therefore cannot set up the airfryer to use at all. Maximum cooking time is 3 hours if you set it up manually which is useless. Why bother. What they DONT advertise is you need old 2.4ghz settings on your modem so you'll have to change your settings to accommodate this piece if rubbish. It still won't connect because your phone has to be on the same wifi network. So you do that but then the app won't detect the wifi network it previously detected but it'll show your neighbours networks. No matter what you do, you can't connect. Utter rubbish and waste of money. Thank God I bought the sunbeam airfryer steamer combi st the same time which is brilliant and doesn't need a phone or wifi gimmick to operate it. Zero stars philips. Do better.
