La friteuse à air Philips série 3000 à deux paniers est idéale pour les familles souhaitant cuisiner rapidement et sainement. Les deux paniers font gagner du temps et offrent des résultats croustillants et homogènes. Facile à nettoyer, mais encombrante et le manuel est limité. Le bip est faible et les traces de doigts sont visibles. Si vous avez de la place, c'est un excellent choix.

I am giving this product 2 stars, not because of the air fryer itself, but because of the customer support experience.The air fryer works very well, and I am happy with its performance. However, the handle on the basket broke during normal use, and I have been unable to get assistance. I could not reach customer support by phone, and it was difficult to find a way to contact someone directly.I do not have time to spend hours trying to get help. A product from a well-known brand should come with accessible and responsive customer support.The air fryer itself deserves a much higher rating, but my overall experience has been negatively affected by the lack of support.

I’d been avoiding air fryers for so long, thinking my convection oven was the same thing. Boy was I wrong. This air fryer is wonderful. With the 2 drawers differently sized for any possible option, to how wonderful it heats up leftovers, to how amazing it roasted vegetables (even frozen veggies!!)I’m so glad I got it and so happy with this specific air fryer.

The Philips 3000 Series Dual Basket Airfryer is decent. It makes good-quality fried food, so most of each batch is well-cooked and crispy, whether you use the large or small basket. However, it takes a long time to preheat, and while food cooks decently fast in the large basket, it takes a long time in the small basket. It's not very versatile, either. It does have a fairly wide range of temperature settings, but its fan is fixed at one speed, which limits what you can cook. It's not slow enough for dehydrating or baking delicate items, but it's not very fast either, which contributes to the long cooking times. While this air fryer only has one preset cooking mode (Reheat), it has a variety of food presets. You can program the baskets to the same setting, or program each basket with different settings and have them finish cooking at the same time.

I also have an older Philips Air Fryer for many years now and it's performance and cook times are alot better but I would still recommend this product.

The touch screen is super! The quality is really good and it made my life so easy. My only problem is that the programs are not accurate and I have to adjust them as I tried them and they all burned the food :) But now I learned how to change it for each food.
