Fender Jaguar Signature Johnny Marr RW Olympic White

Lovely instrument. Delivered promptly and in pristine condition

Guitar players are an interesting bunch, as our varied tastes in guitars can affirm. Many of us strive for eclecticism in our musical diversity that we hope comes across in our playing and songwriting. An often overlooked model in Fender’s line of guitars is the Jaguar, which Johnny Marr of The Smiths (notwithstanding his other endeavors) has used for decades to achieve chart-topping success worldwide.

Great version of the Jag, has ironed out all of the quirks ('wandering' bridge, complicated electronics, rattles, swinging tremolo arm). The Bare Knuckle pickups are superb, and very versatile - great for ringing clean sounds especially. Only problem I've found is that both 'E' strings sit close to the edge of the fingerboard. Doesn't really worry me, but if you play a lot of lead it might. If so, you can buy a replacement bridge online

Beautiful guitar - all the reviews I read do it justice

It's a beautiful axe. Maybe too good. I don't want to use it for band practice :-)
